An electrician has been charged with arson in a massive fire that destroyed a New York State Thruway Larchmont salt shed last week.

According to a report from CBS New York, Richard T. Cass, 54, a Thruway electrician, was at the salt shed after business hours where he “recklessly started a fire that ultimately destroyed the salt shed and several pieces of Thruway heavy equipment.”
