HOUSTON — Encompass Services Corp. announced on June 21 that it has been awarded three contracts totaling approximately $27 million for projects at U.S. military facilities.
The contracts, awarded to Encompass' Mechanical Services business group, include the following projects:

The construction of a pressurized hydrant fuel system at MacDill Air Force Base near Tampa, Fla., home of the U.S. Air Force's 6th Air Refueling Wing.

A new aircraft fuel storage system at Naval Air Station Fallon, near Fallon, Nev., the U.S. Navy's premier tactical air warfare training facility. Work includes a 1.3-million-gallon above-ground fuel storage tank, stainless steel fuel piping, a pump shelter, three loading islands, an underground electrical distribution system and process controls.

The construction of two new operations buildings at the U.S. Navy's Special Operations Facility and Boat Maintenance Facility at Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico.
