  1. The underground feeder is in a wet location and, in accordance with the definition in Article 100, use of THHN insulation is not permitted because it is only listed for use in dry or damp locations. See Table 310-13.

  2. Section 300-4(f) requires insulated fittings to be used where raceway with wire larger than No. 4 AWG enters a box, cabinet or raceway.

  3. The equipment-grounding conductor is not identified. Section 250-119(a).

  4. There is no bonding jumper on the underground metallic feeder conduit. Section 250-102(d).
