Relays

The Bulletin 700 line of solid-state relays can interface with several sensors and industrial controllers, including PLCs and process controllers. With no electrical coil or moving contacts, the relays offer increased shock and vibration tolerance. Some versions of the unit also feature optional diagnostic LEDs, simplifying troubleshooting and reducing system downtime.

Programmable relay

The Easy 800 controller uses a native network interface to communicate and share data with as many as seven other controllers. It can store a program of as many as 256 lines of logic, and the LCD screen can display as many as 32 screens of text with 64 characters per screen. In addition to the unit's built-in NET network interface, optional open network interfaces, including DeviceNet, Profibus-DP, and As-I, are also available.

Process controller

The 535 .25-DIN single-loop, PID process controller monitors and controls temperature, pressure, level, flow, and other analog variables for batch and continuous processes. The controller provides an analog control signal output of 4mA to 20mA or 0mA to 20mA to regulate a control valve or similar final control element. Optional RS-485 communications interface with digital-communicating DCS, PLC, and PC-based SCADA systems.

Replacing standard terminal blocks with a Varioface interface module, this controller system cabling eliminates the need to strip wire at both ends and endure lengthy termination processes.
