PurchasingCenter.com Inc., a Web portal to the industrial marketplace, recently announced partnerships with WESCO Distribution Inc., Pittsburgh, and Ferguson Enterprises, Newport News, Va., for the distribution of their maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products.
WESCO, a distributor of electrical and data communication products, and Ferguson Enterprises Inc., a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and cooling supplies, will leverage PurchasingCenter.com's buyer-centric model and established customer base to reach midsize companies. Since its launch in October, PurchasingCenter.com already has 25 suppliers and more than 4000 registered users.
PurchasingCenter.com also provides news and information, auction goods, expert advice, and job listings.
