Remote Racking System RRS-1-UL

Jan. 1, 2010
CBS ArcSafe Remote Racking System RRS-1-UL enables service personnel to stand outside the arc flash protection boundary while racking low and medium voltage draw-out circuit breakers

The RRS-1 universal remote racking system enables users to stand outside the arc flash protection boundary while racking low- and medium-voltage draw-out circuit breakers (in or out), which the company says reduces the need for a full-body arc flash hazard suit. In addition, the product accommodates horizontal and vertical racking air, SF6, and vacuum circuit breakers.
