Coulomb Technologies

Leviton and Coulomb Technologies announced an OEM, product, and marketing partnership for the electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) market. Through the agreement, Leviton's EVSE product family, including home and public charging stations, will be network-enabled by the ChargePoint network through an open interface architecture that provides Leviton customers advanced features similar to all charging stations on the ChargePoint network.

Avtron LoadBank

Avtron LoadBank has announced the acquisition of N.J. Froment, a leading designer and manufacturer of load banks and other testing systems for the diesel generator, gas turbine generator, power supply, and agricultural machinery industries. With over 50 years experience, N.J. Froment offers a complete solution to testing power supply systems including advanced data acquisition, control, and monitoring systems.

Eaton Corp.

Cleveland-based Eaton Corp. announced it has acquired EMC Engineers, Inc., Denver. EMC Engineers is an energy engineering and energy services company that delivers energy efficiency solutions for a wide range of governmental, educational, commercial and industrial facilities.
