  • Miami-based Triton Generators recently launched a new brand identity and Web site. According to Triton’s marketing agency Starmark International, Dania Beach, Fla., the new brand identity reflects the strength and power delivered by a generator during times of crisis.
  • Dallas-based Lennox Industries recently announced a 6% to 10% price increase on residential products. The price hikes become effective August 1.
  • The Bosch Group, Fairport, N.Y. recently signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Telex Communications Holding, Inc.. The merger agreement provides for an aggregate purchase price of $420 million, and includes the assumption of Telex indebtedness, subject to certain post-closing adjustments; and also provides for the satisfaction and discharge of the publicly held indebtedness of Telex and its affiliates.
