Description:
Individual will perform a variety of engineering and design assignments in support of new construction of, or modifications to, the transmission and distribution line facilities for the electric systems. Individual will independently evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making engineering adaptations and modifications. p> Responsibilities include permitting, designing new or modified components, units, and / or systems of varying complexity; analyzing and evaluating engineering problems, and developing optimum solutions; providing technical assistance to Company personnel and customers; conducting and / or coordinating development or application of projects or studies, or assisting in carrying out such work; investigating and reporting with evaluations and recommendations on new technological developments; and interfacing extensively with other utilities, regulatory agencies, governmental units and contractors.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of related experience.
* Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, TL-CAD or PLS-CAD and Alcoa Sag 10.
* Must have a valid driver's license. Will have storm restoration and emergency assignments.
