Equity Electrical Associates merges with Electrical Distribution Network

Equity Electrical Associates, East Walpole, Mass., and Electrical Distribution Network, Concord, Ohio, recently announced the two companies have merged, forming a $6 billion plus network. The two entities will remain as separate operating divisions, maintaining existing company names and personnel. The new parent company will be called Power Marketing Management, with Richard Noel of Equity as Board
