GE Fanuc acquires Intellution

GE Fanuc, Charlottesville, Va., recently completed its acquisition of automation supplier Intellution. The Foxborough, Mass.-based company supplied more than 185,000 installations around the world. The new business, which will be named GE Fanuc Intellution, will remain in Massachusetts and operate as an integral part of GE’s Global Solutions Business. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
