Cleveland, Ohio-based MEP Surplus recently launched a promotion offering a free 12-month buy-and-sell subcription, valued at $399, to the first 20 contractors in each U.S. geographical market from select categories. To meet the terms and conditions of this promotion, contractors must have at least $1000 worth of surplus inventory to post on the site and once approved must post items on the site within 14 days.
