SolarCity Promotion Cuts Cost of Thin-Film Solar System Installation

The new Think Half promotion by SolarCity, Foster City, Calif., may allow homeowners to decrease the net cost for a solar system installation by up to50% when combined with government incentives and utility rebates. The promotion incorporates an introductory discount for recyclable thin-film solar modules from First Solar in SolarCity's service areas in California and Arizona.

The Think Half promotion ends March 31.
