Michaels Energy has made another strategic move to better serve utilities and other clients by opening an office in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.  The fifth location of Michaels Energy opened for business last month in St. Paul, Minn.  The metro area is home to four members of Michaels Energy staff consisting of three engineers and a communications specialist.

"Opening an office in the Twin Cities area allows us to be more responsive and flexible when working with our major clients located there," said Vice President Jeff Ihnen. "We're expanding our service offerings for these clients and helping them reach out to their customers, so a local presence puts us in the best position to do both."

Michaels Energy opened offices in Green Bay and Madison, Wis., in 2012 and expanded its Cedar Rapids, Iowa, office from two employees to 12.
