These “yellow tails” would definitely bite you if given the chance. There’s no doubt that the taps, conductor insulation colors, and terminations would never be considered a safe installation. For starters this mess violates the requirements of 110.14, Art. 250 and Art. 314. There are no locknuts present, cover plates are missing, ...
