MIDTRONICS ADDS ROGER WARREN TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
December 1, 2001 – Willowbrook, Illinois: – Midtronics today announced the addition of Roger F. Warren to the company’s Board of Directors. Warren is the retired CEO of Bolder Technologies Corporation, and the former president of the Micropower and International divisions of Rayovac Corporation. Prior to that, Warren served in various top management positions with Swift & Company.

“Roger Warren’s industry expertise will enhance our understanding of markets and applications for new battery chemistries, 42-volt automotive systems, and hybrid electric vehicles,” said Steve McShane, president and CEO of Midtronics. McShane added, “We are honored to add such an accomplished and respected industry veteran to our team.”
