Low-Amp Busway

Powerbus 225 provides rapid installation and reliable power distribution. This low-amp busway, rated at 225A and 100A, is designed for conduit and cabling installations. Because it is designed to specifications, built and then tested at the plant, end-users can avoid complicated conduit bending, working and then reworking on the jobsite.

Overvoltage Protection

The Surge3 provides overvoltage protection of industrial electronics. The device's housing allows for simple installation to protect PLC, HMI/VCP (video control panel), PID controllers, industrial computers, variable-speed drive, and vision systems. In addition, this unit offers the choice of two technologies — MOV and diode — both interchangeable with a plug-in suppressor and common base mount. Computer-matched, high-power cell diodes placed in an advanced diode array offers low clamping with high surge current ratings.

Generator

This 300kW diesel generator has been certified to meet the Nonroad Source Emission Standard, CFR 40, Tier II of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). By meeting this current standard, the new Model DQAF generator reduces the production of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) by 35%, and lowers carbon monoxide and particulate material emissions by about two-thirds over previous models. Rated at 300 kW for standby and 270 kW for prime power, the Model DQAF is a fully integrated power generation system that offers performance, reliability and versatility in a variety of rental applications. A primary feature of this model is its reliable starting capability combined with fast recovery from transient load changes. The unit is designed to accept its full nameplate standby rating in one step.

Scalable UPS System

The Galaxy PW scalable UPS system allows the purchase of power as infrastructure grows. Protecting from 50 to 300 servers, the UPS system includes six scalable models in power ratings from 100kVA to 225kVA and one of the industry's smallest footprints. It incorporates battery management with automated load testing of batteries. The unit interfaces with SNMP, J-Bus/ModBus, TCP/IP, and RS232-RS485 protocols and is UL-1778 and cUL (Canada) approved. The system also conforms to FCC Class A parts, 15 subparts. It also meets ISO 9001 design and manufacturing standards.
