The quality of Vista’s gas-tight SF6-insulated construction is unprecedented. All gas seals have been extensively tested and field-proven, and every part of the unit is fully submersible in the most hostile environmentsl The extremely large viewing window and internal 3-position (closed-open-ground) switch provide a clearly visible open point.

With its compact design, rugged construction, and internal visible open point, the Manhole-Style Vista UDS is perfect for switching main feeders, radials, or networks in areas where installation space is restricted. Virtually any orientation or mounting style can be accommodated.
