The SureCrimp family of copper compression connectors has been expanded to include 45° and 90° bent tang configuration. Designed for angled surfaces, perpendicular connections, or stacking applications, the UL-listed and CSA-certified bent tangs allow for a flat, secure connection to the mounting surface even though the wire may not be parallel to the surface, according to the company. In addition, the product is constructed from seamless copper tubing and is die-stamped with wire size and die index number as well as part number identifier. Each lug is color-coded with permanent ink stamping for proper identification of die number and crimp positioning.
