5 GS/s real-time sample rate in a handheld, sealed oscilloscope, according to the company. The 2-channel 190-502 model offers bandwidth from 60 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, and 500 MHz. Features include ScopeRecord, TrendPlot, advanced triggering, and automatic measurements functions. Additionally, the product’s safety rating according to IEC 61010 standard is 1,000V CAT III/ 600V CAT IV, making it possible to safely measure from mV to 1,000V.
