The HotSeam roof ice prevention system attaches to existing standing seam metal roofs to create a melt path for snow. The system employs UL-listed heat tape contained beneath a metal raceway. Manufactured from26-gage galvanized steel or .021-in. natural copper, the product is offered in 12 standard colors with a siliconized polyester paint finish, is available in 5-ft or 10-ft lengths with fasteners included, and can be configured to run on 120VAC or 208VAC to 277VAC.
