SoloPanelSP3L and SP3S large format modules are designed for low-slope building applications
SoloPanelSP3L and SP3S large format modules are designed for low-slope building
applications. Both models employ a proprietary electrochemical process that deposits copper indium gallium di selenide (CIGS) semiconductor material on a flexible stainless steel substrate and encapsulates it in a moisture barrier laminate. In addition, both versions are easily configured for multiple adhesive applications and/or mounting solutions and feature low-profile bypass diodes to allow for maximum performance under shade conditions. The SP3L features 180 series connected CIGS solar cells, while the SP3S features 153 series connected CIGS solar cells.
