The Square D Model III Package Unit substation is designed for environments where limited space is a concern. Measuring 48 in. deep, 90 in. tall, and 62.75 in. to 74.75 in. wide, the substation weighs less than 8,000 lb. In addition, the front-accessible unit is built to UL safety requirements and can be installed against a wall or in a corner without de-rating, according to the company. Primary voltages include 2.4 kV through 13,800 kV in 75kVA through 1,000kVA sizes.
