The completely sealed 3500 Series toggle switch is suitable for use in outdoor applications. The toggle carries an electrical life of 10,000 cycles at 15A, 28VDC and a mechanical life of 40,000 cycles. Operating temperatures range from -40°F to +185°F. In addition, the product is available with screw, solder lug, and quick connect, and comes with several actuator options, including a flatted style and a fluorescent tip for visibility under adverse glare conditions. Single- and double-pole models are offered in an extensive range of electrical configurations, including initial contact resistance of 10 MΩ maximum at 1A 2VDC, insulation resistance of 1.000 MΩ, and dielectric strength of 2.500 Vrms, 50 Hz minimum between terminals and frame.
