EcoWire Plus resists oils, fuels, solvents, and other hazardous liquids to meet the fluid resistance requirements of ISO 6722 for thin-wall and ultra-thin-wall wire. Suitable as a replacement for XLPE-insulated wire, the product features a modified polyphenylene ether (mPPE) thermoplastic. In addition, the wire is non-halogenated and contains no heavy metal pigments. Available sizes include 28 AWG (0.09 mm2) to 10 AWG (4.92 mm2) with stranded bare copper conductors and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +110°C.

Insulated Copper Conductors
XHHW-2 cross-linked polyethylene (XLP) insulated copper conductors now feature the company’s SLiPWire jacket and True Sequential Footage. Suitable for use in conduit or other recognized raceways for service, feeder, and branch circuit applications as specified in the NEC, the conductors can be used in wet or dry locations at temperatures up to 90°C. Available in sizes from 14 AWG to 750 MCM, with outer dimensions ranging from 0.120 in. to 1.136 in., sizes 1/0 and larger are rated for cable tray (CT) use. In addition, the product is available in reels of 1,000 ft, 2,000 ft, 2,500 ft, or 5,000 ft.

Electric Vehicle Cables
The Carol Brand line of CarolGrene Ultra Flex electric vehicle (EV) cables is available with three standard jacket types as well as custom-designed solutions for any type of Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 NEC Art. 625 charging station application. The all-rubber jacket type cable offers enhanced chemical and abrasion resistance, and is suitable for commercial and industrial applications. The EVE thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) jacket is lightweight and can be molecularly bonded to caps and connectors, while the PVC jacket type can be ordered in standard configurations or custom designed. All designs are compatible with SAE J1772 connector systems.
