Pin & Sleeve Connectors

IIEC 60309 Series pin & sleeve connectors are available in cable or back box-type mountings and feature screwless twist-locking bodies, which the company says save up to 75% of field assembly time. Each connector group is keyed and color coded for worldwide interchangeability. In addition, the products are cUL listed and UL classified for North America as well as approved for European ratings.

LED Connectors

CoolSplice connectors are designed for LED lighting applications. Featuring easy push-button terminations, the connectors accommodate various wire configurations. According to the company, these insulation displacement connectors (IDCs) provide permanent and fast wire-to-wire or wire-to-flat ribbon terminations. The left/right independent push buttons can be used with common hand tools to establish an ergonomic termination in two simple steps. A viewing window is included to help determine if a wire is fully seated after termination. Additionally, the left and right side of the connector can be terminated separately and independently from each other, making it suitable on a pig-tail.

Shearbolt Connectors

The QCI Series of shearbolt connectors creates a reliable, consistent connection using continuous shearing determined by contact force, not torque value. Because the bolt shears axially, not at a pre-defined shear point, the bolt shears below the connector body, which the company says eliminates the need for filing and ensures the correct contact pressure. In addition, a friction plate on the bottom of the bolt prevents conductor damage while providing increased contact force.
