Eric Deering Promoted to Preconstruction Manager at Faith Technologies

Eric Deering recently became preconstruction manager for Faith Technologies. Deering will work with the project managers and owners while managing the preconstruction process on larger design-build, design assist, and integrated delivery projects. He will coordinate preconstruction resources for successful delivery of these projects and will work with other groups within the preconstruction team to develop new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and flow of projects throughout the preconstruction phase.

Faith Technologies recently named Eric Deering as preconstruction manager for the company. In his new role, Deering will work closely with the project managers and owners while managing the preconstruction process on larger design-build, design assist, and integrated delivery projects. He will coordinate preconstruction resources for successful delivery of these projects and will work with other groups within the preconstruction team to develop new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and flow of projects throughout the preconstruction phase.

Deering began his career as a helper for Faith Technologies in December 2001. He completed the apprenticeship program in May 2007, before becoming an estimator/designer. In 2010, he moved on to become a senior designer for the company. Deering received his A.S. in electrical engineering and completed the technical studies journeyworker program from Fox Valley Technical College. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C and Lighting Certified (LC) with the NCQLP.
