Q. What is the Code requirement that allows paralleling of circuit conductors?

A. Ungrounded and neutral conductors can be connected in parallel only in sizes 1/0 AWG and larger where installed in accordance with Sec. 310.10(H)(2) through (H)(6) [310.10(H)(1)].
