NECA 130-2010, "Standard for Installing and Maintaining Wiring Devices," describes the installation and maintenance of low-voltage wiring devices permanently installed on building premises and wiring systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications in non-hazardous (unclassified) locations, such as for convenience receptacles, lighting switches, disconnect switches, and fixed, stationary or portable electric signs.
