The service allows employers and job candidates in the electrical contracting field to post, search, and find candidates or positions, respectively, that fit their needs.

“After a successful launch of our site in January, we are excited to offer these new updates for our users,” says Gary Peterson, the Web site's founder and CEO. “Our search capabilities and high performance reliability truly save time and money for employers and candidates.”

Free to jobseekers, the service encourages qualified applicants to submit and post their resumes online. Employers pay various subscription fees for unlimited access to the database of qualified applicants and proprietary search tools that allow them to find the viable candidates.

The recent updates to the site allow users to post their resumes within multiple job title categories, including estimator, field superintendent, and foreman. Users can also makes searches based on geographic region, experience, and education. Employers can search resumes based on how long they have been in the database.
