Kaiser provided electrical service for the 10,000 square-foot tenant finish, which included installation of specialty lighting and a dimming package, fire alarm, low-voltage cable, and an audio visual system.

One of the largest ground-mounted solar tracking systems built in a corporate setting is now powering energy to the world headquarters of Merck & Co., Whitehouse Station, N.J. With construction complete, nearly 7,000 moving solar panels are tracking the sun to generate 2.5 million kilowatt hours of energy per year. The system, which will supply solar power to Merck under a 20-year purchase agreement, is owned and operated by Dome-Tech, Edison, N.J., a subsidiary of Carrier Corp., Farmington, Conn.
