Cooper Electric Supply Co. Introduces Online Ordering Tool

Customers may place orders with Cooper at their convenience

Cooper Electric Supply Co.. Tinton Falls, N.J., a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, Philadelphia, recently introduced Cooper Electric Online, an online ordering system and product information tool allowing customers to place orders 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Customers can gather product information, view real-time pricing and availability, access account information, track the stage of orders, and order their products online.

“We developed this site to help make our customer’s lives easier,” says Ron Reffler, corporate VP, e-business leader at Cooper Electric. “This new tool will allow customers to do business with Cooper not only during normal business hours, but also after hours – thus always being connected to Cooper.”
