Riding a recent and aggressive acquisition strategy — one that resulted in four competitor companies joining the Egan family — Egan Co. has added three highly experienced business development specialists to help continue growth and increase market share.

Terry Towey, a 31-year industry veteran, is now director of business development for the Industrial Market sector at Egan. Prior to joining Egan, Towey spent nine years at Electric Resource Contractors (ERC) including eight as a Partner, and two years at Corval Group as VP of the Industrial Division.

Tom Prasky, with 14 years in commercial construction, joined Egan from Nasseff Mechanical in St. Paul where he was a project manager with business development responsibilities. At Egan Prasky is charged with new business growth in the company's Mechanical Group.

Finally, Dan Jaeger, with more than 30 years in the industry, including 16 at Egan, has re-joined the company as director of corporate business development concentrating on direct-to-owner, energy-related projects and bundled services. Before leaving Egan in 2006 to enter the real estate business, Jaeger was senior VP.

"We are very excited to have these three individuals join us at Egan. With their knowledge, contacts, and deep experience, we think they will have a big effect on our growth plans," said Jim Malecha, Egan president and CEO. "They were all able to hit the ground running and are well on their way to helping us reach our goals."
