EMerge Alliance, the San Ramon, Calif.-based open industry association promoting the rapid adoption of safe, low-voltage DC power distribution and use in commercial building interiors, recently announced that several organizations have joined the coalition, bringing membership to a total of 40 organizations. The addition of these companies broadens and deepens the EMerge membership pool of leaders involved in the design, construction, and management of commercial buildings.

The Alliance also announced its first Liaison Members. Through Liaison Memberships, the Alliance will engage in collaborative dialogue with like-minded not-for-profit organizations to align common objectives with standards and practices that already exist in the marketplace.
