Forest Electric Corp. has announced that Harry Sassaman, senior executive VP, has been named executive in charge of its New Jersey operations. Mr. Sassaman is a 20-year veteran of Forest Electric and the New Jersey construction market. A leading electrical contractor in New York City, Forest Electric is a wholly owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc.

In his new position, Sassaman will have responsibility for all estimating, business development, and project execution for Forest Electric’s operations in New Jersey. Additionally, Sassaman will be responsible for enhancing Forest Electric’s strength and capabilities in the New Jersey marketplace, including developing the company’s growth strategy, ensuring continued and unparalleled service to its clients, and developing new business.
