Integrity Electrical Solutions, member of the Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM), was one of three companies nationwide to win the IEC-CNA Safety Award at the 55th Annual Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) National Convention in Fort Worth, Texas, on October 26. Integrity Electrical Solutions received this award for maintaining more than 30 consecutive months of operation with zero incidents.
The IEC-CNA Safety Award is an annual award that recognizes electrical contracting companies that excel in establishing and maintaining safety programs that result in incident rates that are significantly below the average OSHA recordable incident rate. The judges look for commitment to safety from management, employee involvement, active participation, and controls over major exposure to loss.
“Our goal each and every day is to make sure that our employees go home safely to their families,” said Chris Cumpton, president, Integrity Electrical Solutions. “To be recognized nationally for our safety efforts is a huge honor for our team. It is an even greater honor to be associated with the people at our company that make safety a priority each and every day.”
“We are overjoyed that Integrity Electrical Solutions carried this prestigious national safety award back to Colorado,” said Spenser Villwock, executive director of IECRM. “IECRM is proud to represent companies like Integrity Electrical Solutions, and the people that make up such a strong team. The establishment of a strong safety culture, solid training, and utmost professionalism at every turn, are but a few of the traits that make true leaders in this industry."
