With the agreement, M.C. Dean expands its operations in the Southeast

M.C. Dean, a Dallas-based technical services contractor, recently announced its acquisition of the Tibs Group, an Atlanta-based electrical, technology, and power quality services company. Under the agreement, the Tibs Group will operate as a division of M.C. Dean with Tibs’ CEO and president Mark Tibbetts serving as president/general manager of the division.
