Syracuse, N.Y.-based Pass & Seymour/Legrand (P&S) recently announced that the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has established a timetable for the investigation into allegations of unfair competition in the importation of ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs). The order provides that the judge presiding over the investigation will issue an initial decision by Sept. 24, 2008, and the ITC commissioners will issue a final decision by Dec. 24, 2008.

A date for the trial before the Judge has not yet been set, however it will likely be in early June 2008.
