NeoGear low-voltage switchgear is designed to eliminate a user’s exposure to live parts. According to the company, the switchgear has a 25% smaller footprint compared to conventional models and reduces losses by up to 20% by employing increased cooling efficiency. Based on a bus bar concept, the product also offers the connectivity and digital smartness of the manufacturer’s Ability platform.
AEMC Instruments: Data loggers
Simple Logger data loggers are small one-channel recording devices powered by two AA alkaline batteries or through the USB port. According to the company, AC and DC loggers can be ready to operate in minutes with just a few parameters to set up. Models are available for logging AC voltage, DC voltage, DC current, temperature, pulse, and events. Application software is included with the unit by plugging it into your computer using the USB cable and downloading it from the company’s website. Scaling units of measure and recording length can be set through the software. In addition, real-time graphs can be displayed, downloaded data can be analyzed, and reports printed. The front panel LED alerts the operator of the logger’s status.
Current Tools: Conduit bender
The 254 hydraulic bender can bend 2½-in. to 4-in. rigid, EMT, and IMC conduit. Designed to make 90° bends with one extension of the hydraulic cylinder, the product can be setup and used on the floor with the company’s Model #281 bending table or with the Model #252 mobile bending station. In addition, all major components of the product fit the Greenlee Model #881CT CamTrack bender.
Cementex: Tool kit
The TR-9ELK-ZC 9-piece service tool kit features double-insulated safety hand tools. The package comprises a 9-in. pair of linesmen’s pliers, a 7½-in. pair of diagonal cutting pliers, a 7-in. pair of needle nose pliers, a 9-in. combination stripper and crimper, a 3/16-in. x 4½-in. slotted screwdriver with a cushion grip, a 3/16-in. x 6 in. slotted screwdriver with a cushion grip, a ¼-in. x 6-in. slotted screwdriver with a cushion grip, a No. 1 x-in. The double-insulated tools are tested to 10,000VAC and rated for 1,000VAC when working on live parts.
The company’s Pow-R-Trak finger-safe busway features a continuous track to deliver power along the entire length of the busway for quick power distribution system expansion and reconfiguration. Sections are reusable, and thus can be added, removed, or repositioned as needed. Bus plugs are available with optional circuit protection configurations for higher available fault currents. According to the company, this device doesn’t require specialized labor for installation, and ratings and configurations have been tested and listed to UL 857 safety standards. The device’s continuous current rating is up to 225A, system voltage rating is up to 600V, and interrupting rating up to 22kA.

The product includes a jacket and bib overalls, an OptiShield hood with dual fans, an MSA V-Gard hard hat, safety glasses, and silicone ear plugs along with a custom electrical PPE gear bag. The 65 CAL kit is arc rated for up to 65 Cal/cm2 and meets ASTM F1506, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.269 and NFPA 70E-2018 PPE Cat 1, 2, 3 & 4 standards. This product includes a jacket and bib overalls, an OptiShield vented lift-front hood, an MSA V-Gard hard hat, safety glasses, and silicone ear plugs along with a custom electrical PPE gear bag.

The company’s construction software now includes an updated accounting integration connector that offers the ability to synchronize purchase orders between it and Sage 300 CRE (formerly Timberline). The accounting integrations lets users pull foundational data from the accounting system and share transactional data to keep information from both systems in sync. In addition, the product has accounting integration connectors with Viewpoint Vista, Key2Act, and Quickbooks.

Extech Instruments: Clamp meter
The MA44x series of 400A clamp meters offers multimeter functions and a built-in non-contact AC voltage (NCV) detector. The MA440 measures AC current up to 400A, DC and AC voltage up to 600V, resistance, capacitance, and frequency. The MA443 adds true rms measurement for the accurate reading of non-sinusoidal waveforms and thermocouple temperature measurement. In addition to those measurements, the MA445 also measures DC current up to 400A. All three models are rated CAT III, 600V, feature a jaw size of 1.2 in. (30 mm) to accommodate up to 500MCM conductors, and include a large character 4-digit backlit LCD display, NCV detector function, duty cycle and diode/continuity measurement, and auto power-off. The MA443 and MA445 allow the auto power-off feature to be disabled and have a built-in flashlight. Also included with the meters are three AAA batteries, test leads, and a storage pouch, while the MA443 and MA445 also include a Type K bead thermocouple.
Fluke: Insulated hand tools
The company’s 1,000V insulated hand tools are manufactured using German steel. The 11 tools include an assortment of pliers, cutters, and screwdrivers. Rated at 1,000V, the products are individually tested to over 10,000V. Features include multi-layer insulation and an ergonomic design for enhanced comfort. In addition, they are available individually, in multi-tool kits, and in bundles with the Pack30 Professional tool backpack, the T6 electrical tester, 117 electrician’s multimeter, or 87V digital multimeter.
Leviton: Circuit monitor system
The VerifEye product line now includes the new Series 7000 and 7100 advanced branch circuit monitors, which are designed for high-density applications. Both models support all industry standard communications protocols, including RS-485, BACnet MS/TP, BACnet IP, ModBus TCP, and Ethernet. Additionally, they can monitor up to 48 circuits and simultaneously monitor multiple systems with two independent voltage inputs. The Series 7000 is designed to be integrated into a panel for embedded applications and includes an option with a display, while the Series 7100 incorporates a display and NEMA 1 enclosure. These meters can be used to meet ASHRAE 90.1 2013 and 2016, 2019 Title 24, and Seattle Energy Code submetering and circuit disaggregation requirements.
Legrand: Wireless lighting products
The company’s Wattstopper wireless DLM system includes simple, secure, and scalable lighting controls. Wireless products include a dimming room controller, ceiling mount PIR occupancy sensor, corner, mount PIR occupancy sensor, digital photosensor, dimming wall switch, and 5-button scene switch. Accompanying the hardware are the DLM Configuration app for Bluetooth-based commissioning and an updated version of LMCS for project design and advanced system programming. In addition, this system includes enhanced versions of the wireless bridge and border router products. Advanced IoT security has been layered into the system with the development and incorporation of secure commission and secure control technologies.
DEWALT: Cordless pipe threader
The Flexvolt 60V MAX* cordless pipe threader threads up to 2-in. black iron pipe, rigid conduit, and more. Measuring 9.4 in. tall and 26.38 in. long, the threader weighs 19.98 lb and accepts a pipe capacity of ½ in. to 2 in. Equipped with the company’s E-Clutch system, the tool features a right-handed thread direction, and its die and die head materials are made of highspeed steel and cast iron, respectively. In addition, it is compatible with RIDGID 12R style die heads. The product also features a 9.0Ah battery with an oil-resistant, glass-filled nylon housing that is secured in a latched and sealed box. Each of these protective layers helps to guard the battery from corrosive cutting oils. An LED low-battery indicator alerts the user when battery charge is low, while a clamp with depth gauge allows for quick set up. Users can use the clamp and die arm to avoid direct contact with the die head to begin threading.
