Two schools in New Jersey will receive upgrades to electrical systems, as approved by the Wyckoff School Board. The $645,718 in combined electrical upgrade projects will be funded in part with a $200,000 New Jersey Department of Education facilities improvement grant, with the remaining funds coming from capital reserves, according to New Jersey's The Record.
The contract was awarded to Post & Kelly Electric Co. Inc. of Hawthorne with a bid of $325,718 for the Calvin Coolidge school project. The board also received six bids for the George Washington school project and awarded the $320,000 contract to ACI Electrical Contractor Inc. of Saddle Brook.
