Kaiser Electric was recently selected the electrical contractor on a $2.8 million tenant build-out project for a new Anders CPAs + Advisors location in Downtown St. Louis, MO.
Anders CPAs + Advisors will be relocating its current offices at 705 Olive St. in Downtown St. Louis to a new 40,000-square-foot office space at 800 Market St. in the Bank of America Building. The build-out project has been put on the fast track to meet lease requirements, with construction starting on Oct. 1, 2013 and scheduled to wrap up by the end of December.
Kaiser Electric crews will provide complete power installation and system rough-ins for lighting power and lighting. Kaiser has subcontracted the lighting installation to meet/exceed MBE/WBE participation goals on the project.
The renovated office space will include a new modular office layout, hi-tech A/V system and occupancy sensors for energy conservation. Floating ceilings, or clouds, will be used to delineate specific areas within the open architecture design.
Kaiser Electric is anticipating that the tight schedule and design changes implemented on the fly will be the greatest challenges on the project.
The general contractor on the project is BSI Constructors, St. Louis, MO.
