The correct answer is: a) True

The requirements for mobile and manufactured homes are noted in Article 550 of the 2011 NEC. As noted in 550.25(B), "All 120V branch circuits that supply 15A and 20A outlets installed in family rooms, dining rooms, living rooms, parlors, libraries, dens, bedrooms, sunrooms, recreation rooms, closets, hallways, or similar rooms or areas of mobile homes and manufacturered homes shall comply with 210.12."
