REX Electric & Technologies Acquires Integrisys

Integrisys has been acquired by REX Electric & Technologies

REX Electric & Technologies, LLC, a provider of electrical and technology services, has expanded its capabilities in high-end commercial and residential audio/visual systems with the acquisition of Integrisys, a design/build technology company serving clients nationwide. In addition to the Integrisys team, principals Brad Weintraub, George Velazquez, and Eric Wolfram will join REX’s Chicago office on July 1, 2013. This acquisition makes REX one of Chicago’s largest full-service electrical and complete technology solutions providers.
