John Phillips is the Director of Prefabrication at Hatzel & Buehler, leading corporate prefabrication operations to improve efficiency and innovation. He draws on nearly 20 years in the electrical industry, starting as an IBEW 654 apprentice in 2007 and advancing through roles as journeyman, foreman, and superintendent. With expertise spanning fieldwork to design and BIM tools, John has been instrumental in expanding prefabrication processes and bringing both technical knowledge and strategic insight to his leadership role.
