EMCOR Group recently announced that its EMCOR Energy Services business has been awarded a contract for the design/build of a cogeneration plant in Susanville, Calif.
  • Norwalk, Conn.-based EMCOR Group recently announced that its EMCOR Energy Services business has been awarded a contract for the design/build of a cogeneration plant in Susanville, Calif. EMCOR Energy Services will be responsible for all engineering activities, equipment procurement, field construction, and start-up for the 6MW plant.

  • Versailles, France-based FCI recently acquired IMPLO Technologies, Markham, Ontario. This acquisition will allow FCI to leverage the technology developed by IMPLO to complement the full line of products the company offers to address transmission interconnect applications.

  • Coopersburg, Pa.-based Lutron Electronics settled its lawsuit against Control4 Corporation, Draper, Utah. The lawsuit had been ongoing since May 2006 and contained allegations that Control4 products infringed several. As part of the settlement, Control4 has executed a License Agreement under several Lutron patents covering inventions in the area of radio frequency (RF) communications and agreed to pay royalties on past and future sales of its products that use the Lutron inventions.
