Viking Electric Supply, Besa Lighting, HPS

· Minneapolis-based Viking Electric Supply, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, recently acquired Anchor Electric Supply, Sturgeon Bay, Wisc. Viking will use the Anchor business as a foundation for growth in the Door County peninsula.

· Dallas-based Besa Lighting is relocating its showroom to a new state-of-the-art space in the Dallas Trade Mart for the Winter International Lighting Market in January. “The new space will enable us to showcase a broad range of new lighting designs while featuring current product lines,” says Rick Cash, CEO. “We welcome all current and new customers and invite them to visit us.”

· Guelph, Ontario-based Hammond Power Solutions (HPS) recently entered into an agreement to acquire the transformer business of the Delta Group of Granby, Quebec. With estimated sales of $40 million in 2007, Delta builds power and distribution transformers for the Canadian market.
