This new air compressor was installed to provide some additional services for the customers of a convenience store. Also, connecting the cable to the cover of the lighting pole to pick up the supply for this equipment is not correct.

I'm beginning to suspect that an unqualified person did this, and I wouldn't be surprised if it has already been stolen since it was located in an area known for crime not far from gambling casinos.
