  • In its 25th year, FC Lighting, Inc., has moved its headquarters and operations center to new facilities in St. Charles, Ill. A key feature of the new facility is “The Edge,” a 4,000-square-foot educational center the company calls “the world¹s largest forum for LED technology.”
  • Cleveland-based Eaton Corp. recently acquired Pulizzi Engineering, manufacturer of AC power distribution, AC power sequencing, redundant power and remote-reboot power management systems. “The acquisition of Pulizzi broadens our power quality and distribution offerings and builds upon our existing strong product line,” says Randy W. Carson, Eaton senior vice president and president – Electrical Group.
  • New York-based EYP Mission Critical Facilities has added a dedicated C4ISR Group, led by Robert G. Arno, to its Washington, D.C., team. According to the company, the addition of a C4ISR team at EYP MCF creates a unique bridge between data center operability and government command and control center operability to assure continuity of operations (COOP).
