Arlington Industries and Bridgeport Fittings settle lawsuit

Arlington Industries and Bridgeport Fittings have agreed to settle two lawsuits pending in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. In the suit, Arlington claims that the Bridgeport Snap-In and Speed-Snap products infringe on patents for its Snap-Tite and Snap2It product lines. Arlington Industries and Bridgeport Fittings have agreed to settle two lawsuits pending in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. In the suit, Arlington claims that the Bridgeport Snap-In and Speed-Snap products infringe on patents for its Snap-Tite and Snap2It product lines.

The precise terms of the settlement are confidential, but Bridgeport has agreed to immediately remove all of the products in question from the market.
