Wachter Technology Services to provide design, configuration and monitoring services for network technologies

Wachter Inc., a Lenexa, Kan.-headquartered provider of electrical construction and technology infrastructure services has acquired a professional services firm with numerous years of experience in network design, deployment, and support to expand the company’s network engineering capabilities. The new entity, Wachter Technology Solutions, will provide design, configuration, staging, and remote monitoring services for a variety of network technologies.

According to Jim Haskins, Wachter’s vice president of sales and marketing, “As our physical security consulting practice has grown, we’ve received frequent requests from enterprise clients and integration partners for a broader range of professional services. This acquisition greatly improves our ability to provide industry expertise and be a trusted advisor, while leveraging Wachter’s capacity for rapid deployment with our 1,200 W-2 employees. By providing configuration and staging, we can reduce the time, task, and risk in technology deployment.”
